These terms are posted here by the Royal National Institute for Deaf People and the Association of Sign Language Interpreters ("RNID and ASLI", "we", "our" or "us"). We are the owner of the site, located at www.pd4me.info ("website") and these terms apply to the entire contents of this website. You, the website visitor ("you" or "your") and your use of this website are subject to these terms, so please read them carefully. Your continued use of this website indicates that you accept these terms in full.Access and availability
By accessing any part of this website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms in full, then you must leave this website immediately.
We try to keep this website available 24 hours a day: however, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We may revise these terms at any time by updating them and re-posting them here. You should check to see if these terms have been revised from time to time because they are binding on you in their current form and in any revised form once posted here. Other terms relating to the use of specific parts of this website may be posted at other locations (“specific terms”); for example, terms that apply to the use of RNID’s online shopping facility. If there is any conflict between specific terms and these more general terms then the specific terms will take precedence over these terms.
Registration
You will need to register to access many areas ("restricted areas") of this site. In addition some areas of this website may only be accessible to you if you are a staff member of RNID. You agree to provide us with accurate information when registering. You also agree to notify us of any changes to that information, to ensure that it remains accurate at all times. We reserve the right to refuse you access to this website if any information provided by you proves to be inaccurate.
We are under no obligation to provide access to the restircted areas of the site and reserve the right to refuse access without reason. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password issued and you agree not to transfer your use of any password to any other person.
Copyright and trade marks
Private use and non-commercial use
When visiting this website you are welcome to print hard copies of the material found on it for non-commercial teaching and educational purposes, and for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use. All other copying, whether in electronic, hard copy or other format, is not allowed. We allow you to access this website on the condition that you do not reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, distribute, adapt, translate, modify, bundle, merge, share or make available to any person, or create derivative works of any material located on this website, or use it for commercial purposes, without our prior written consent.

We welcome and encourage the sensible exchange of views and ideas between users of this website and we provide a forum for you to do this. By their very nature, forums are real-time bulletins and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information posted using the forum facilities nor do we accept any responsibility for the contents of any message. Any message posted expresses the views of the author of that message only and not necessarily our views.

Other general terms
These terms constitute the whole agreement and understanding between RNID, ASLI and you in relation to your use of this website and they supersede any previous written or oral agreements made with you with respect to this website.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
